About The Position

Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a part-time General Cleaner for evenings in Minneapolis, MN. Requirements

Must be able to communicate professionally and friendly with our customer staff and their customers.
Must be reliable, communicate well, able to do a physical job with extreme attention to detail.
Must be 18 years old.
Must be able to speak English.
Able to lift up to 30lbs.
A pre-employment criminal background check is required.

Responsibilities

Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
Detail cleaning and dusting.
Cleaning bathrooms, breakrooms, hallways, classrooms and offices.
