About The Position
Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Cleaner for their facility in Sioux Falls, SD. This part-time evening position involves cleaning three busy buildings with high foot traffic, including office spaces, cubicles, training rooms, fitness rooms, restrooms, breakrooms, and locker rooms. The role requires thorough cleaning of floors, waste removal, restroom sanitization and restocking, and surface cleaning. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, able to speak English for safety reasons, and capable of lifting up to 30lbs. A pre-employment criminal background check is required.

Responsibilities
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
- Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
- Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
