About The Position
Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a floater position in the Eastern Iowa area. This is a driving role where you will fill in for employees who may have time off or vacation, and when extra hands are needed. The hours are somewhat sporadic and depend on availability for the position. Marsden Central L.L.C. is a facility services provider with an unmatched reputation for operational excellence, cleaning, sanitizing, and servicing large and small businesses across the United States.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Able to pass drug screening.
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be able to speak English.
- A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
Responsibilities
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
- Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
- Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
