About The Position
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking General Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene at our retail facility. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a clean environment for staff and visitors and enjoys working a consistent afternoon/evening schedule.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of professional cleaning experience (commercial, retail, or janitorial).
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively throughout the shift, along with standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Must be able to work the full Friday through Tuesday schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and punctual.
- Successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning and sanitation across the retail space.
- Pull trash and recycling, replacing liners as needed.
- Dust fixtures, surfaces, displays, and furniture.
- Thoroughly clean, disinfect, and restock public and employee restrooms.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop floors.
- Carry out other janitorial tasks as requested by the supervisor.
