About The Position

Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a General Cleaner for a weekend evening position in Omaha, NE. This role involves cleaning and stocking various areas within a clinic, including exam rooms, lobby, restrooms, and offices. The position requires physical activity such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, stocking supplies, and waste removal. You will also operate a T300 floor machine. The clinic is open on holidays, closing early on those days. A smart phone is required for clocking in and out via the ehub app. This is an essential job classified as such.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be able to speak English for safety reasons.
• Must have a smart phone to clock in and out of ehub app.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.
• Ability to perform tasks involving twisting and turning.
• Pre-employment criminal background check required.
• Drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and stocking exam rooms, lobby, restrooms, and offices.
• Vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Stocking paper products, hand sanitizer, and soap dispensers.
• Pulling trash and removing it to the dumpster.
• Operating a T300 floor machine.
• Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies.
• Dusting, wiping, and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures, and furniture.
