About The Position
Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a General Cleaner for a part-time, evening position in Duluth, MN. This role involves cleaning and sanitizing various areas of a business after closing hours, typically Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The start time is flexible, as long as the work is completed before midnight. This is an essential job with opportunities for growth within the company.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be able to speak English for safety reasons.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
- A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
- Disposable gloves, safety goggles & slip resistant footwear are required PPE.
Responsibilities
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
- Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
- Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
- Spot cleaning of interior glass.
