About The Position
The General Cleaner performs cleaning and facility service duties at the TCH Leopold Meyer Building, located at 1919 S Braeswood Blvd. The role includes general cleaning and additional requests as needed. The position is part-time, Monday through Friday, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, at a wage of $13.00 per hour. 1 Stone Solutions, a Marsden Holding Company, provides facility services to businesses of varying sizes across the United States. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must complete a pre-employment criminal background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning and additional cleaning requests as needed.
- Sweep, mop, dust, and polish.
- Clean and restock restrooms.
- Collect and dispose of trash.
- Interact with clients and building employees respectfully and professionally, treating others with empathy and dignity.
