About The Position
Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a General Cleaner for a small office in Duluth, MN. This part-time evening position involves cleaning duties to maintain a sanitary and organized workspace. The office closes at 5pm, and cleaning can be performed after staff have departed.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be able to speak English.
- A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
Responsibilities
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
- Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
- Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
- Replenishing consumables.
- Spot cleaning of interior glass.
