About The Position

This position is responsible for cleaning bathrooms, conference rooms, meeting rooms, and other spaces. Duties include vacuuming carpet, wet mopping floors, trash removal, dusting, glass cleaning, and stocking restroom supplies. The role requires a self-motivated, dependable individual with a neat appearance, capable of operating various cleaning equipment and machinery. The employee may also be required to assist with workload completion in the absence of others, report maintenance issues, attend training, and potentially lock/unlock doors.

Able to operate various types of equipment and machinery.
Able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Able to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with arms and hands.
Able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Able to occasionally talk or hear.
Must lift/move up to 35 pounds.
Requires specific vision abilities including close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

Cleans bathrooms, conference rooms, meeting rooms, and spaces.
Performs vacuuming of carpets.
Wet mops floors.
Removes trash.
Dusts surfaces.
Cleans glass.
Stocks restroom supplies, soap, and towel dispensers.
Operates various types of equipment and machinery, including wet vacuums, hand trucks, vacuum cleaners, carpet extractors, floor buffers, and automatic scrubbers.
Assists in completing the workload in the absence of other service workers.
Reports any malfunctions or maintenance problems to the supervisor.
Discusses work problems and/or schedule problems with supervisor and/or management.
May be required to lock and/or unlock doors.
Attends training meetings and sessions as directed.
