About The Position

General Cleaner at Marsden Central, L.LC. This position is responsible for cleaning restrooms, stairs, entry ways, glass, common areas, and other tasks as assigned. The role is crucial for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment within the facility.

Requirements

Must Speak English
Good attendance and reliable.
Must be 18 years old.
Able to lift up to 30lbs.
A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
As a condition of employment for this position, you are required to become a member of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 26. Union membership and dues authorization must be completed upon hire.

Responsibilities

Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
Other tasks as assigned.
