Requirements
- Previous janitorial, housekeeping, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and remain productive throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely around cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license required
- Current auto insurance required
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize commercial office buildings and common areas
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and disinfect surfaces
- Clean and restock restrooms, breakrooms, and shared spaces
- Empty trash and recycling containers
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supply areas
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled shift times
- Lock and secure designated areas when required
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
