About The Position
Clean Team Inc. is hiring an experienced General Cleaner to join their team at a school facility. This role is ideal for someone with commercial cleaning experience who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and presentable environment. The position offers a consistent evening schedule from Monday to Friday, with no weekend work required.
Requirements
- Commercial cleaning experience is required
- At least 18 years old
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a school environment
- Professional and respectful around students, staff, and visitors
- Able to follow directions and complete assigned tasks
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
- Able to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds
- In possession of a valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Keeping assigned areas of the school clean, sanitary, and presentable
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Dusting desks, furniture, shelves, and other surfaces
- Emptying trash and recycling
- Restocking paper products, soap, and other supplies
- Cleaning common areas and assigned spaces
- Keeping cleaning supplies and equipment organized
- Following established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Reporting maintenance concerns or supply needs to your supervisor
