About The Position

This role is for a 2nd Shift General Cleaner. The schedule varies seasonally: from May to August, the hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. From September to April, the hours are Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM. The pay rate is $16/hr. The primary responsibility is to clean and maintain various areas including offices, lobbies, hallways, lounges, restrooms, stairways, and academic buildings. This involves replenishing supplies, cleaning fixtures, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift/move up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand/walk for duration of shift.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, lobbies, hallways, lounges, restrooms, stairways, academic buildings, and more.
• Replenish paper supplies and soap.
• Wipe down mirrors, sinks, showers, and toilets.
• Ensure the work gets done efficiently and on time.
• Step in when needed to help out colleagues.
