About The Position
Marsden Central, L.L.C. is seeking a part-time General Cleaner for their Buffalo, MN location. This role involves cleaning and sanitizing various areas within a facility, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, waste removal, restroom cleaning and restocking, and surface cleaning. The position offers flexibility in start time, with cleanings scheduled for Wednesdays. The first Wednesday of the month requires a full office clean for 2.5 hours, while subsequent Wednesdays are approximately 1 hour each, focusing on specific areas. This is an easy cleaning role with only four cleanings per month.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be able to speak English.
- A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
Responsibilities
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
- Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
- Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
