About The Position

Marsden South, a Marsden Holding Company, is a facility services provider with an unmatched reputation for operational excellence. We clean, service, and maintain large and small businesses across the United States. This role involves cleaning restrooms, sweeping/mopping/vacuuming floors, removing trash, and high and low dusting. The position is located in the Sarasota/Bradenton region and operates Monday through Saturday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM as needed.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
• Must have a valid Driver's License and good driving record
• Able to follow schedule provided
• Must be able to undergo a background check
• Must be able to be on your feet for your entire shift
• 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to drive between locations
