About The Position

Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a General Cleaner for weekend shifts in Duluth, MN. This role involves janitorial cleaning, including restrooms, detail cleaning, floor care (dust mopping, sweeping, hand mopping), carpet spot cleaning, waste removal, and vacuuming. Duties also include dusting, interior glass spot cleaning, and polishing stainless steel. The position is classified as essential, and there is room to grow within the company. Requirements

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be able to speak English for safety reasons.
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial cleaning, primarily in restrooms.
• Conduct detail cleaning, dust mopping, broom sweeping, and hand mopping.
• Spot clean carpets.
• Collect and dispose of trash from bins.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, and restock supplies.
• Dust surfaces, wipe and sanitize fixtures and furniture.
• Spot clean interior glass.
• Polish stainless steel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
