About The Position

Programmed Cleaning Inc. is seeking a Part-Time General Cleaner to clean and maintain an office building in the Franklin area. The schedule is Monday-Thursday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM and Friday from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and able to work independently. General Cleaners are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their designated buildings/areas through various cleaning duties. Flexibility and willingness to complete assigned tasks are essential.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Dust surfaces including desktops, cabinet tops, partitions, etc.
• Empty wastebaskets and recyclables and transport to designated disposal area.
• Sweep and mop hard-surfaced floors.
• Vacuum floors using an upright vacuum and/or vac paks.
• Spot clean carpet.
• Clean glass areas.
• Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc.
• Clean restrooms and maintain supplies, ensuring restrooms are stocked.
• Polish metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings.
• Follow all company safety standards and procedures.
