General Cleaner (Part Time)
About The Position
The General Cleaner performs janitorial duties to keep a client facility safe, clean, and welcoming. The role is on-site at Baileywick Rd, Raleigh, NC 27613, and is part-time, Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM (22.5 hours per week). Pay is $15.00 per hour. The Budd Group is a family-owned facility services company serving the Southeast for over 50 years. Prior cleaning experience is helpful, but the company is willing to train reliable applicants who care about quality.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently during evening hours.

- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stay active throughout the shift.

- Prior janitorial, commercial cleaning, custodian, or housekeeping experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform standard custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
- Wipe high-touch surfaces and perform routine dusting.
- Maintain equipment and report supply needs or maintenance concerns.
