About The Position
Holland Building Services is seeking a Part Time General Cleaner for the 2nd Shift. The shift is Monday-Friday, with a start time between 4 pm and 5:30 pm, totaling 20-25 hours per week. The pay rate is $14.20 and up per hour, and the position includes union benefits. Holland Building Services is dedicated to providing top-notch cleaning services to over eight million square feet of commercial, industrial, medical, and educational facilities, with a mission to make customer spaces shine.
Requirements
- Continual bending, standing and walking during the shift
- Lift up to 50lbs
- Must pass BACKGROUND and DRUGSCREEN
Responsibilities
- Emptying waste receptacles
- Vacuuming
- Performing damp/wet mopping of floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing restroom fixtures; restocking dispensers
- Dusting/damp wiping surfaces of tables and desks
