About The Position

We are looking for a dependable, polite, and hard-working individual willing to go above and beyond to join our team as a 1st Shift General Cleaner. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness of buildings, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning surfaces, gathering and emptying trash, and servicing restrooms. The position may also involve floor work such as steam cleaning carpets, applying wax, and buffing, as well as identifying and reporting potential repairs. Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Clean buildings by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors and cleaning other surfaces
• Gather and empty trash
• Supply, clean and service restrooms
• Mix various cleaning agents according to specifications
• Move heavy equipment, objects or furniture
• Identify and report possible repairs
• Possible floor work applicable (steam clean carpets, apply wax, buff, etc)
• Other duties as assigned
