General Cleaner
About The Position
Pritchard Industries is hiring a General Cleaner to help maintain building facilities in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Duties include vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping floors; removing trash; cleaning restrooms and break rooms; and performing other miscellaneous cleaning duties. The ideal candidate has a professional attitude and appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible. This is a part-time role for 9 hours per week, from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The pay rate is $14.50 per hour. The company notes an opportunity for growth and participates in E-Verify.
Requirements
- Must be able to follow instructions from a supervisor and complete tasks effectively.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- A professional attitude and appearance, initiative, dependability, hard work, and responsibility are expected.
Nice To Haves
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
- Janitor experience is a plus; training will be provided.
