Requirements
- Must be friendly, reliable, coachable
- Able to do a physical job with bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- You must be 18 years old
- Able to lift up to 30lbs
- For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English
- A pre-employment criminal background check is required
Responsibilities
- Cleaning 2 concrete stair cases weekly
- Cleaning offices, restrooms, hallways, elevators, lunchroom daily
- Wall spotting daily
- Detail vacuuming
- Cleaning elevator tracks and metal shine
- Changing trash and recycling
- Dusting all surfaces
- Glass cleaning
- Sweeping, mopping
- Stocking consumables
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout
- Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
- Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture
