About The Position

Maintenance: Full Time
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Days: Monday – Friday (weekends and on call required)
Times: 7am – 3:30pm

Qualifications:
Basic plumbing: the ability to troubleshoot a leaky faucet, toilet, urinal, and know what to do for a repair.
Basic electrical: the ability to troubleshoot why a classroom has no power, finding tripped breakers, safely changing a broken outlet.
Basic woodworking: the ability to fix a broken door frame or cabinet door, fix a broken table leg, repair the molding/lattice on a classroom door.
The ability to think outside the box for a solution to a problem.
Basic Boiler knowledge is a plus. Willing to be trained.
Knowledge of pools would be a plus, Willing to be trained.
The ability to work alone to complete work orders but also the willingness to work as a team, to offer help and ask for help when needed.
Some computer skills with the ability to access the work order system.
Good communication skills.
