Requirements

- Comfortable arming and disarming the building alarm system.
Responsibilities
- Dust desks, cabinet tops, partitions, and other surfaces.
- Empty trash and recycling containers and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Sweep and mop hard-surface floors.
- Vacuum floors using upright vacuums and/or backpack vacuums.
- Spot clean carpets as needed.
- Clean glass surfaces, including windows and doors.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, and floors.
- Restock restroom supplies to ensure they remain fully stocked.
- Polish metal fixtures and other surfaces as needed.
- Perform additional cleaning duties or work in different assigned areas as directed by the supervisor or based on customer needs.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
