About The Position

The General Cleaner is a frontline Team Member who receives training in 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices and uses certified supplies and equipment. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in assigned facilities, interacting courteously and reliably, and observing and reporting maintenance issues. Duties are representative and may vary. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some janitorial experience required.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines.
• Wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary, in accordance with position and OSHA requirements.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect using 4M practices, supplies, and equipment.
• Wipe surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
• Remove trash.
• Replenish towels, soap, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks, and drips.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when required.
