About The Position

The General Cleaner is a frontline Team Member who performs cleaning and disinfecting duties using 4M’s practices, supplies, and equipment. The role includes maintaining clean facilities, replenishing supplies, removing trash, and reporting maintenance issues noticed during work. Duties are representative and may vary. Team Members are expected to be friendly, reliable, courteous, and resourceful, follow safety guidelines, and wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some janitorial experience required.
• Successfully complete a drug screening and background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary, in accordance with position and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Use 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices, supplies, and equipment.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
• Remove trash.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks, and drips noticed while working.
• Comply with safety guidelines and use required personal protective equipment.
