About The Position
Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a General Cleaner to oversee the cleaning of various office spaces in Rochester, MN. This role involves ensuring all carpeted surfaces are vacuumed, hard surfaces are swept and mopped, and bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized. Daily dusting and cleaning of door glass are also required. The schedule is strict, with cleaning needing to be completed before tenants depart.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be able to speak English.
- A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
Responsibilities
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
- Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
- Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
- Cleaning door glass in each suite.
