About The Position
Marsden Central L.L.C. is a facility services provider with an unmatched reputation for operational excellence. We clean, sanitize, and service large and small businesses across the United States. This position involves janitorial cleaning, focusing on detail cleaning, stairwells, elevators, and entrances. Duties include dust mopping, broom sweeping, hand mopping, spot cleaning windows, running the auto scrubber, and vacuuming. You will also be responsible for dusting, spot cleaning interior glass, polishing stainless steel, and other assigned duties. Jobs are classified as Essential.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be able to speak English for safety reasons.
- A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
Responsibilities
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
- Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
- Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
- Detail cleaning, cleaning stairwells, elevators and entrances (both main entrances and skywalk entrance/stairwells).
- Spot cleaning windows and running the auto scrubber.
- Polishing stainless steel.
- Other duties as assigned.
