About The Position
Peninsula Cleaning Services is hiring General Cleaners and Janitors for medical facility cleaning in Gloucester, VA. This role is critical for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in a healthcare environment. Responsibilities include sanitizing patient rooms and exam areas, cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and common spaces, mopping and vacuuming, emptying trash and disposing of biohazard waste, wiping down high-touch surfaces, and restocking supplies. The cleaner will follow all healthcare cleaning regulations and report safety issues to their supervisor.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
