Requirements

  • Must be able to satisfactorily communicate verbally to receive instructions and communicate with others.
  • Must be able to understand and follow directions when handling cleaning solutions or chemicals.

Responsibilities

  • Clean public areas, restrooms, offices, pro-shop and restaurant according to company standards.
  • Pick-up soiled linens from restaurant and restocks with supplies and clean linen.
  • Perform general or specialized cleaning and other miscellaneous unskilled tasks.
  • Do pro-shop and restaurant carpet cleaning and/or patch replacement.
  • Do pro-shop and restaurant window cleaning on a monthly basis.
  • Thoroughly clean sinks, toilets, urinals, tiles, mirrors, counters, walls, stalls, vents and/or floors with cleaning agents.
  • Thoroughly dust all furniture, pictures and shelves.
  • Clean and polish all metal surfaces.
  • Monitor flooring and carpets. Spot clean, vacuum, sweep and/or mop hallways, foyers, and corridors.
  • Properly and safely use personal protective equipment.
  • Properly and safely drive golf carts while performing duties on the golf course.
  • Clean ashtrays and urns and empty all trash receptacles.
  • Clean and maintain all equipment and tools used to ensure proper working order.
  • Properly handle lost and found items.
  • Report any unauthorized or suspicious person or hazardous conditions on property.
  • Responsible for the control of company issued keys at all times.
  • Perform duties following safety procedures and policies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
  • Assist the restaurant and pro-shop with removal of trash during tournaments, banquets and other large functions.
  • Assist with the relocation of restaurant furniture during the shampoo process.
  • Respond to guest inquiries. Provide guest assistance, direction and information as needed.
