About The Position

As our General Cleaner/ Facility Coordinator, you will handle hands-on facility care while serving as a key point of contact for our visitors. Our Janitorial Specialists keep the building looking its best. In this dual-action role, your daily tasks as a Site Liaison will include cleaning and maintaining offices, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas. You will also be responsible for refilling restroom supplies, emptying trash, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors. Additionally, you will greet external maintenance contractors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), verify their credentials, escort vendors to service areas, and ensure they follow all safety and security log protocols. You will also operate equipment safely like vacuum cleaners, wet vacuums, and floor buffers.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Strong communication skills
Must pass background check and drug screening
Great people skills to chat professionally with corporate clients and contractors.
Excellent punctuality and independent time-management skills.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move up to 35 lbs throughout your shift.

Nice To Haves

Customer service, retail, or facility lead experience is preferred
No prior commercial cleaning experience is required—we will train you!
