About The Position

Dartmouth Health Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, NH, is seeking a BC/BE general cardiologist to join their expanding team. The practice offers a full spectrum of general cardiology services, with opportunities to develop subspecialty interests. The current role is primarily outpatient, with the flexibility to incorporate more inpatient duties. The department boasts robust echocardiography and stress testing volumes, a developing cardiac CTA program, and onsite pacemaker and ICD implantations. Collaboration with Interventional Cardiology and Electrophysiology within the Dartmouth Health system is a key feature, and there is no STEMI call required. This position is ideal for physicians passionate about patient-centered care, population health, and delivering exceptional cardiovascular care in a community-focused setting, within a collegial culture that prioritizes quality and patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited IM residency and cardiovascular fellowship.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility (BC/BE) in cardiovascular disease.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DEA license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an NH medical license.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in a full-spectrum general cardiology practice.
• Develop subspecialty interests within general cardiology.
• Manage outpatient cardiology cases.
• Potentially add inpatient cardiology responsibilities.
• Perform onsite pacemaker and Implantable cardioverter defibrillator implantations.
• Collaborate closely with Interventional Cardiology and Electrophysiology teams.
• Focus on patient-centered care and population health.
• Deliver exceptional cardiovascular care in a community-focused environment.
