Requirements

Basic working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical systems
Comfort using hand and power tools
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Identifying and addressing building or equipment maintenance needs
Coordinating with team members and outside vendors for repairs and upkeep
Performing general repairs such as drywall, painting, doors, and fixtures
Supporting seasonal needs like snow removal and landscaping coordination
Completing routine maintenance on building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics)
Ordering and organizing supplies for maintenance tasks
Jumping in to support other facility-related projects as needed
