About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
Minimum of one-year related experience.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Bilingualism is an asset.

Responsibilities

Perform light maintenance work including plumbing, carpentry, painting and plastering.
Change light bulbs, install paper dispensers, change filters, change door locks, perform minor decorative maintenance and other tasks that Management required to do so.
Identify and correct unsafe working conditions under the supervision of management.
Assist at special events as needed.
Assist skilled workers and subcontractors/vendors.
Perform moving services as required.
Work within the Maintenance Program.
Attend training programs (classroom and virtual) as needed.
Comply with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.
Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
Participate in regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessments.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned as required.
