General Assembly Team Member
About The Position
As a General Assembly Team Member at Simpson Race Products, a division of Holley Performance Brands, you will be responsible for assembling safety equipment trusted by professional racers and motorsports enthusiasts. This role involves working with your hands to produce high-quality craftsmanship and being part of a team that makes a difference in protecting individuals. The work is fast-paced and requires attention to detail and quality, as every product built helps protect racers. You will be assembling racing helmets and safety products, installing various components, applying adhesives, inspecting parts, and ensuring quality standards are met. Products you may help build include helmets, HANS Devices, Head & Neck Restraints, Parachutes, and Accessories.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assembling racing helmets and safety products using hand and pneumatic tools
- Installing hardware, trim, electronics, and air systems into helmets
- Applying industrial adhesives with precision
- Inspecting parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Reading and following work instructions and assembly procedures
- Identifying and reporting quality concerns
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Assisting with other production tasks as business needs require
