About The Position

NOW HIRING: GENERAL ASSEMBLY ASSOCIATES in Clarkston, MI. Starting Pay: $17.25/hour. Shifts: Overtime Available & Encouraged. 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM. 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM. OVERTIME INCENTIVES: Earn extra cash just for showing up and working your scheduled overtime: $15 Bonus for completing a 6-day work week with perfect attendance. $25 Bonus for completing a 7-day work week with perfect attendance. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Basic math skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assemble components using hand and power tools
• Operate production and assembly equipment
• Inspect parts and report quality concerns
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Complete production goals according to manufacturing schedules
• Perform basic preventative maintenance as instructed
• Follow all workplace safety procedures
