About The Position
Responsible for the maintenance of forms and racks. Work with production team to repair, replace and maintain tooling for production needs on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
- Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure, including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Accurately able to measure weight, volume and temperature.
- Ability to use basic hand tools.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use hands or arms (to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls).
- The employee is occasionally required to walk; stand; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds as high as 76”.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and depth perception.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and sometimes must climb up a ladder to reach storage drawers.
Responsibilities
- Inspect forms and racks, to ensure that they are ready for production use.
- Repair and replace forms, wires and racks.
- Other duties as assigned.
