Requirements

• Candidates must be committed to contributing to the mission, culture, and values of the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne
• At least 16 years old (Some positions may require 18 or 21 years.)
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to relate to, welcome, and communicate with diverse groups of people regardless of age, race, economic status, religion, or cultural differences.

Responsibilities

• Build effective, authentic relationships with members
• Ensure a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for all to belong at the Y
• Exemplify outstanding customer service and a sense of community to Members, Participants, and Coworkers to foster their connection and growth with the Y and within the community
