Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, designs, and drawings.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and communicate clearly in English or Spanish.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 30+ lbs, and work in varying temperatures.
  • Good physical and mental health is required to meet the demands of a production environment.
  • Comfortable working with power tools, loud machinery, and industrial materials.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in signage, fabrication, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, designs, and drawings.
  • Assemble signs including channel letters, cabinets, pole signs, and monument signs.
  • Trim-cap channel letters and complete related fabrication tasks.
  • Install LED modules and wiring into electrical signs.
  • Handle final assembly of components to prepare signs for installation.
  • Assist where needed across departments such as graphics, trim cap, channel letters, and packing.
  • Follow daily instructions provided by the team lead or supervisor.
  • Gather required hardware and materials for each job, ensuring all parts are complete, accurate, and ready for installation.
  • Perform quality checks on all completed sign components.
  • Complete required paperwork for each job, including work order updates and sign-offs.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, keeping work orders protected and in good condition.
  • Report daily to the team lead regarding progress, needs, and job status.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers to keep production flowing smoothly.
