Requirements
- Exceptional ability and a clear vision for how to improve Nova.
- Ability to onboard yourself and be productive within days by finding answers independently.
- Resourcefulness: exhaust all reading, testing, and self-learning before asking questions.
- Ability to learn new tools, domains, and parts of the stack quickly.
- High agency: ability to define work, not just execute it.
- Experience building something from nothing (ex-founders especially welcome).
