About The Position

This is a rolling application for individuals with unique combinations of skills, experience, and instinct that may not fit a specific advertised role. Odin Dynamics, an early-stage defense technology company founded in 2025, is building autonomous underwater vehicles for undersea warfare. They are seeking experienced operators in defense, aerospace, marine systems, robotics, or related industries who believe they belong at the company. This role is for those who can operate across functions, get hard things done, and have a startup mentality with low ego and high urgency.

Requirements

• Deep domain experience in defense, aerospace, marine, robotics, or adjacent industries.
• A track record of getting hard things done (shipping hardware, winning programs, standing up teams, solving problems).
• Ability to operate across functions.
• Startup mentality: low ego, high urgency, willing to do whatever it takes.
• Sound judgment and credibility from years in the arena.
• Ability to work with information protected under U.S. export control laws (EAR, ITAR).
• Authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws without sponsorship for an export license may be required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the submarine community and deep knowledge of undersea operations.
• Experience building and scaling programs at a prime or startup.
• A combination of engineering, operations, business development, and test experience.
