About The Position

Abacus Staffing Services is currently seeking dependable General Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, and Repair Technicians to support operations at one of our national accounts. This is a great opportunity to join a stable, fast-paced warehouse environment with consistent hours and competitive pay. We are building a "Ready-to-Work" talent pipeline for our premier logistics, medical, and technology partners. We offer a variety of schedules including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift roles. Due to the fast-paced nature of our clients, positions often open with little to no notice. Completing our 3-part onboarding process ensures you are eligible for immediate placement.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Forklift Operators will have to pass test and share experience on machines
• Candidates must complete all steps to be "Pipeline Ready" for immediate orders: Apply: Submit initial application and work history. Onboarding: Complete all digital employment and tax paperwork. Screening: Pass required background and credentialing checks. Final Requirement: Report to our Abacus Staffing (201 Stateline Road Suite 5A Southaven, MS 38671) for a Safety Evaluation and Drug Screen.
• Any prior employment at a FedEx facility must be disclosed immediately to avoid onboarding delays.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading products
• Picking, packing, and labeling orders
• Preparing shipments and maintaining accuracy
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following all safety procedures and company policies
• Other warehouse duties as assigned
