About The Position

BCES Global is seeking talented electrical professionals for various field roles through a general application. This is an opportunity for individuals to submit their qualifications for future consideration if a specific opening doesn't currently match their experience or location. The Talent Acquisition team reviews applications and may contact candidates when a suitable opportunity arises. Potential roles include Apprentice/Helper, Journeyman Electrician, Foreman, Service Technician, and NETA/Technical Services Technician. BCES Global is committed to providing safe, reliable, and high-quality power-system services across industrial, commercial, utility, and mission-critical environments in Canada and the US.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Electrical construction, service, maintenance, testing, or troubleshooting experience
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work overtime and/or travel as needed
  • Ability to work in industrial, commercial, utility, and construction environments
  • State or local electrical licensing where required

Responsibilities

  • Assist electricians with installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs (Apprentice/Helper)
  • Perform electrical installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in commercial, industrial, utility, and mission-critical environments while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and safety standards (Journeyman Electrician)
  • Lead field crews, coordinate daily work activities, maintain schedules, ensure quality workmanship, and promote a strong safety culture on every project (Foreman)
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems while providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise (Service Technician)
  • Perform acceptance testing, maintenance testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and inspection of electrical power systems and equipment in industrial, utility, and mission-critical environments (NETA/Technical Services Technician)
