About The Position

Acting as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort. Serving as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and program/project issues. Overseeing contractor personnel program/project operations by developing procedures, planning, and directing execution of the technical, programming, maintenance, and administrative support effort and monitoring and reporting progress. Managing acquisition and employment of program/project resources and controlling financial and administrative aspects of the program/project with respect to TO requirements. Developing project schedules. Defining and assigning work to employees assigned to program. Monitoring and controlling work in progress for technical adequacy and providing active assistance to meet schedules or resolve complex technical or customer requirements. Establishing metrics and monitoring progress to assure contract compliance, customer satisfaction, and attainment of company commitments and objectives. Reporting progress to appropriate levels of management. This position is contingent upon award.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a program management role
  • 3+ years of experience in planning, organization, directing, budgeting, and executing funds and controlling multiple projects for Federal programs
  • Master’s degree in any discipline
  • Possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Demonstrated experience managing acquisition and employment of program/project resources
  • Direct experience controlling financial and administrative aspects of large-scale programs or projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to multitask and oversee multiple departments or locations
  • Excellent planning skills for use of materials and human resources
  • Experience developing procedures, planning, and directing execution of technical, programming, maintenance, and administrative support efforts
  • Possess a current DoD Top Secret clearance
  • U.S. citizenship

Nice To Haves

  • 10+ years of experience in planning, organization, directing, budgeting, and executing funds and controlling multiple projects for Federal programs
  • Direct experience managing projects in support of NAWCAD WOLF
