Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in strategic planning support, document management, or related field.
  • Experience in handling confidential documents and understanding compliance regulations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to collaborate across various teams.
  • Proactive, with an aptitude for identifying and addressing operational challenges promptly
  • Strong command of the English language (written and spoken) is essential for safety, communication, documentation, and collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing departmental strategic initiatives, aligning them with corporate objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analyses, and internal assessments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic projects and initiatives, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights, ensuring cohesive strategic alignment across the organization.
  • Prepare detailed strategic reports, executive summaries, briefings, and presentations for departmental leadership and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate strategic planning meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to promote innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Implement and manage document security policies and procedures in accordance with company standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee the classification, storage, retrieval, and secure disposal of sensitive documentation.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established document security measures.
  • Provide training and guidance on document security best practices to departmental staff.
  • Manage access control to documents based on security levels and user roles.
  • Utilize encryption methods to protect sensitive information stored electronically and physically.
  • Ensure proper and secure disposal of documents when no longer needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of departmental strategic initiatives and documentation security activities.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
