Act as the liaison between the Executive Vice President (EVP) and the direct reports in the General Administration Division, including Associate Vice Presidents, Directors, Coordinators, and the Administrative Assistant Coordinates, manages, and implements the Operations functions of the General Administration Division Act as the liaison between the General Administration Division staff at the Henderson County Campus, Transylvania County Campus, and the Health Sciences Center in order to provide support and consistency throughout the Division on all campuses, which includes Facilities, Grounds, Information Technologies, Public Safety, Media Services, Construction/Capital Projects, and Event Management Coordinate, manage, and follow up on various College-wide and Division-wide projects Provide and/or coordinate written and verbal communication efforts within the General Administration Division, the College, and with other various stakeholder groups Assist with the development, management, and implementation of the College's Strategic Plan Assist with the development, management, and implementation of the College's Facilities Master Plan Assist with the development and implementation of the Emergency Response Training Calendar Assist with the coordination and implementation of the Campus Emergency Response Plan (ERP) Coordinate the development and maintenance of the College's Business Continuity Plan Assist with the coordination and follow-up of the Facilities Condition Assessment Program (FCAP) for all three campuses Assist with coordination, management, and tracking of capital and construction budgets including but not limited to Henderson County, Transylvania County, State Construction Infrastructure Funds (SCIF), any Special Appropriation funds, and any grant funds such as those from the Golden LEAF Foundation and Cannon Foundation Coordinate and manage the College Access Parking Security (CAPS) fee funds and subsequent projects in coordination with other Directors Coordinate and track Unit Assessment Plans, survey results, and other General Administration Division-related planning and reporting efforts Assist with the distribution, management, and tracking of College-wide keys Assist with the management, tracking, and follow-up of the Maintenance Request system Other duties as assigned Additionally Represents the EVP at meetings and events, when needed Sustainability Efforts Chair the College's Sustainability Committee Manage and track the Duke Energy rebate fund Track and monitor energy costs and savings measures for the College Represent the EVP on the following Committees, when needed: Emergency Response Committee Program Review Committee Professional Development Committee QEP Committee Safety Committee Sustainability Committee Technology Committee And others
