About The Position

The Athletics Administration Specialist provides advanced administrative and operational support for the Athletics and Activities Department. This position supports daily department operations, financial and purchasing processes, communications, and special projects. The role provides direct administrative support to the Executive Director of Athletics and Activities and serves as a central point of coordination for internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders. Work is performed under general supervision and in accordance with established district procedures.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Excel or Google Sheets

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience supporting budgets, purchasing, financial tracking, or project coordination preferred
