Responsibilities

Review and compare the current supplemental contract file to the current actuarial data base.
Research any discrepancies between the two and correct.
Maintain and process retirement annuities and supplemental contract payments.
Handling of all correspondence related to those payments.
Calculate and prepare the appropriate 1099-R tax forms.
Balance bank accounts daily, including the investigation of reconciling items.
Make necessary journal entries.
Prepare various annual statement filings and assist financial staff in doing various tasks related to those and other filings.
Back up for Accounts Payable and Unclaimed Property Specialist in balancing daily cash accounts.
