Requirements

• An understanding and knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Experience building formulas in Microsoft Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash management and reporting
• Reconcile all corporate cash accounts
• Time and Material Tickets
• Processing purchasing orders
• Union Reporting
• Tracking Job Lien Rights
• Change Management
• General Ledger journal entry preparation, entry, and filing
• Prepare month-end reports
• Assist with year-end financial audit
• Assist in the coordination of cash management services provided by the bank
• Control entry of monthly standardized journal entries affecting cash
• CDM G/L Account reconciliation of assigned accounts
• Prepare and file Abandoned Property and Personal Property Tax returns for all Units
• Assist in special project testing and implementation as required
• Monthly fixed asset and depreciation processing
• Assist with state Sales and Use Tax filings
