Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience (or equivalent via training, military, or education)
- 3+ years building and deploying AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production
- Hands-on expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and agentic or workflow-based AI systems
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming language with production-grade coding practices
- Experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms through secure APIs and orchestration patterns
Nice To Haves
- Prior exposure to ServiceNow, Salesforce, or large-scale data platforms
- Experience with enterprise knowledge and data integration
- Understanding of security, privacy, risk, and governance in enterprise AI
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design, prototyping, and delivery of AI-driven workflows, agents, copilots, and automatons using large language models and enterprise AI services
- Build and deploy robust Generative AI and ML solutions in production environments
- Integrate advanced AI capabilities with leading enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, internal data services) via secure API orchestration
- Rapidly iterate on prototypes and ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for reliability, scalability, and supportability
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to understand business needs and define AI-enabled solutions
- Serve as a technical bridge across business, product, data, security, and engineering teams to ensure usability, compliance, and alignment with objectives
- Lead architecture and design initiatives, focusing on prompt engineering, workflow design, API integration, data integration, and AI governance
